No. 76-

Our client wanted to create a social and inviting space with a colourful kitchen at its heart.

To imbue a sense of place into the property we searched for materials which related to London and its history.

We salvaged the oak flooring from BBC's Bush House and feature glazed doors from the London School of Economics. Careful consideration went into sourcing all of the materials, fixtures and fittings - even the kitchen taps are reclaimed!

By extending the ground floor and digging out the garden we were able to strengthen the connection between the interior space and the outside, flooding the dining area with natural light.

This unique property has been finished with an eclectic mix of antique and mid-century furniture and accessories.
